The Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship is the first officially sanctioned bare knuckle boxing promotion in the United States since 1889. Founded in 2018 by former professional boxer David Feldman, BKFC runs 20–25 events per year across eight weight classes. Fights are contested over 5 two-minute rounds with hand-wraps only — no gloves. BKFC has become the largest bare knuckle promotion in the world, with events held across the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Thailand, and Australia.
